Is Dell computers finished?

Interesting article about how Dell is currently in HUGE financial trouble. Many financial experts believe that the only ways that Dell could prosper would be through an acquisition of NetApp (NTAP) or Accenture (ACN). The Dell company is clearly struggling, but it is far from being at "death's door." However this is an interesting post about the health of the computer industry and what firms now have to do to stay alive in the financial turmoil of this year.

We always talk about the iPhone....

So in class we are always talking about the iPhone and other small electronics. The other day, Dell had a sale going on for this compact notebook. It has an 8.9" screen and a 4GB hard drive. They were selling them for $199. This is nice for checking email and doing stuff like that, but it's not one for everyday use.
