In response to today's shakey economy, Google has created a device called "Tip Jar," that is designed to help people discover the best and most effective ways to save money. What is so neat about this is the fact that Google Tip Jar gathers money saving tips from several different places, compiles them into one place and invites the public to rank them in order of usefulness and even add their own tips to the list.
The blog post states "So go ahead: Take a Tip. Share a Tip. We'll all be a little bit richer for it."
