Scams Aimed at Social Networks

Social networks have made scamming so much easier for people. Pictures and user names are used to represent people. Hackers are easily able to use your information to act as if they were you. There have been many scams caused by hacking. One of which was a story of a guy named Bryan who's profile was hacked. A buletin was posted telling his friends that he was trapped over seas without any money to come home because he was held at gunpoint. It was taken to the point where one of his close friends sent money to him. Scamming might not seem like a big deal in some cases, but it can cause huge problems if and when people take it seriously.
