Five years ago, G-mail was launched and it provided it's users with a gig of space. Before Gmail, most webmail accounts could only store about 5 megabytes of mail. Even though 5 years is not a very long time in the grand scheme of things, we have gotten so used to having larger, more efficent electronic forms of media that 5 years is definitely something to celebrate.
