The frequency of the site seem appropriate for this experiment as Unv. Montana, archives their blogs. The last posting was on Feb 2 announcing the release of the news letter. Once againg another form of communication. Communication appears to indicate a current challenge this community has or wants to make it part of the everyday culture.
The archives provide for a reading to catch up on past communications. This is very valuable when finding a new site to see what their message or edict is.
