I have actually found 2 blogs that about the same thing that I will be following. They both involve the National Museum of the American Indians (NMAI) putting their entire collections online. NMAI is striving to become a part of the popular internet era through myspace, twitter, putting artifacts along with their descriptions online, and now this blog.
There was recently an article about NMAI putting themselves on the web in the Washington Post this past week. There is a blog attached to this article is which I thought was interesting because they talk about what a great accomplishment it is that NMAI is finally becoming a part of today's Social Networking. Here is the link to the Washington Post comment page...

The second blog that I have chosen to follow mainly discusses the progress that NMAI is making by putting itself on the web. I thought you all might find the comment titled "NMAI's 4th Museum Grows" interesting because it describes what will be on the internet in terms of the virtual museum...
