I believe this article addresses something that all of us have dealt with in the past, or will deal with in the future: online conflict. Whether you’re posting a note on Facebook or an opinionated post on your blog, there’s a possibility that you’ll have to deal with negative feedback or comments. When addressing these comments keep three things in mind:
1) Don’t take it personally
2) Process before responding
3) Find something to agree with
These rules can help you prevent bashing and public arguments, which is always a good thing. You never know who’s going to eventually read them and trace them back to you. It’s just another reminder of online etiquettes.
